Although not inherently an HR specialist, I've always taken a keen interest in HR issues and have seen effective team building as a core key to success. With Mentys, I was able to draw on the experiences of highly talented recruiters and to integrate their experience with my industry knowledge.
My career enabled me to understand what clients want and need, through having worked in various industries from manufacturing manager to Regional CEO in a FTSE Top 10 company, SABMiller, then the world’s 2nd largest brewer.
I’ve worked in in global, regional and country roles in seven countries across three continents, being exposed to a variety of cultures and working environments. This helps me to understand the complexity and influence of the environment and the type of candidate who will flourish.

We accept only a few searches at any one time
and we’re selective in the clients we engage. You will deal directly with our CEO for the direction and coordination of the search.
We get past the hype and claims of a CV or profile
during our stringent search and interview process to discover the true person underneath.
We will not burden you
with irrelevant CVs. We submit only those candidates we would want to interview were we in your shoes.
We will support you
in planning interviews, reference checks, psychometric assessments, qualification and criminal record review.
